Hot Stone Therapy promotes deep muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth water-heated stones at key points on your body. The direct heat of the stones relaxes muscles, allowing me to access deeper muscle layers.

This can be done during a Deep Tissue or Swedish massage.

Cold Stone Therapy – used to aid inflamed muscles. When used along with the sedating effect of hot stones, cold stones have a stimulating effect.

Cold Stone Therapy helps to increase metabolism, muscle tone, body stimulation, and decrease pain, inflammation, or swelling. It also helps to flush toxins out of the body. This method is great for headaches.

Foot Soaks – Are a great added benefit to your massage experience.

Foot Soaks will soothe your muscles, hydrate your skin, and can relieve aches and pains due to standing for hours or walking in uncomfortable shoes. Plus, letting your feet sit in their own bath can help reduce swelling and prevent bacteria from setting into blisters and cuts or under toenails.
